Please print out the POA attachment and print your name(s) exactly as they appear on your ownership documents.
Sign the POA where it says GRANTOR and have the form notarized, making sure that the notary seal/stamp is legible.
If you own a property in the United States, it is required that you have the POA notarized by a US Notary Public. Outside of the United States, this can be done in a US Embassy or Consulate.
Make sure the Notary Public does not sign as a witness and the witnesses are not related to you or to the Notary.
Send the original back to the following address:
Av. 10 con Calle 12 Edificio Jira
DEPT. B4 Playa del Carmen, Q. Roo MEXICO 77710
A copy of the purchase agreement
A copy of the recorded deed
Original membership certificate. In the event that there is space on the back for the certificate to be signed and notarized on the back, this must be done by the GRANTOR ONLY (do NOT fill in any information for the new owner)
A copy of government issued photo identification (with signature) for all parties listed on the ownership documents
Copy of last maintenance fee bill, along with proof of payment.
Please note that the above listed documentation is per resort contract and it will be necessary that we receive separate documentation for each contract being transferred. We would also appreciate that you include copies of any additional documents you may feel are relevant to your membership.
Due to some resorts having additional requirements, we highly recommend speaking to one of our representatives before sending in your documentation.
It is important to note that the abovementioned documents are required to begin the transfer of your membership. If, for any reason, we do not receive these documents within the timeframe stated on your Value Traded Agreement, your signed contract will be in default and we will not be responsible for the transfer of your membership.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact us by phone or e-mail.
